Und der Papst ging ihnen entgegen, auf der Stra\u00dfe, in der N\u00e4he der Lieblingspl\u00e4tze der Obdachlosen, mit den Autos des Almosenhauses: Wenn ihr nicht kommt, werde ich gehen. Denn der Protagonist meines Gutes ist der, der in Not ist. Auf Roma <\/a>hei\u00dft es: \"Binde den Esel dort an, wo der Herr ihn haben will<\/em>\". Und wenn der Herr ein Obdachloser ist, der kein Dach \u00fcber dem Kopf braucht, sondern nur eine M\u00f6glichkeit, sich vor der K\u00e4lte zu sch\u00fctzen, leiht ihm der Papst ein Auto. Es ist Helfen durch Dienen, das hei\u00dft, Helfen durch Lieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wenn wir den Vorsatz fassen, besser zu werden, m\u00fcssen wir nicht zuerst an den Gegenstand denken, den wir geben wollen, sondern an den, dem wir Gutes tun wollen. Wenn ich einem Obdachlosen ein Dach geben will, kann es sein, dass der Obdachlose es nicht will. Dann erkl\u00e4re ich ihm nicht, warum er sich geirrt hat, sondern ich hole das Auto aus der Garage und leihe es ihm f\u00fcr die Nacht. Wenn wir auf diese Weise im Dienst an anderen leben w\u00fcrden, h\u00e4tten wir echte Autorit\u00e4t, w\u00e4ren wir echt\".regios<\/em>\"Wir w\u00fcrden das priesterliche Amt der Taufe wirklich leben: dienen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir sollten nicht danach streben, uns selbst zu verbessern, sondern den anderen zu lieben: Das ist - paradoxerweise, w\u00fcrde ich sagen - die Art, wie wir den anderen lieben sollten. Viktor Frankl<\/a>- der einzig wahre Weg, uns zu verbessern. Wenn ich meine Aufmerksamkeit auf den letztendlichen Empf\u00e4nger meines Handelns richte, bin letztlich ich, meine Seele, mein Herz, mein Leben der eigentliche Nutznie\u00dfer der Absicht. In die Ordnung der Ideen einzutreten, anderen jetzt, im Kleinen, Konkreten, mit dem, was ich habe, zu helfen, ist auch der einzige Weg, gute Vors\u00e4tze nicht zu Fetzen im Wind zu machen.
