Ressourcen und Kreativit\u00e4t investieren, Arbeiten, Projekte und Programme auf die Beine stellen, damit eines Tages alles ohne Fachleute ablaufen kann, <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Organizaci%C3%B3n_no_gubernamental\">NGOs<\/a> und dergleichen. Aus dieser Entschlossenheit erw\u00e4chst die Energie, die es erm\u00f6glicht hat, zu wachsen und sich weiterzuentwickeln, wobei sich die Konnotationen \u00e4ndern, um den Bed\u00fcrfnissen der Menschen gerecht zu werden. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/de\/nachrichten\/vatikan\/papstbotschaft-migranten\/\">am verletzlichsten<\/a> und dem entsprechen, was die Realit\u00e4t verlangt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Mentalit\u00e4t l\u00e4sst sich an der Geschichte vieler NRO ablesen, die mit den \u00c4rmsten arbeiten. Menschen, die mit unterschiedlichen Ans\u00e4tzen die Idee nicht akzeptieren, dass nationale Grenzen Gebiete von Entwicklung und Unterentwicklung trennen k\u00f6nnen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unser Schicksal ist vereint, entweder wir wachsen alle oder wir fallen alle. Die Entwicklung, die die Entwicklungszusammenarbeit gepr\u00e4gt hat, l\u00e4sst sich in einer Pr\u00e4position zusammenfassen: Wir arbeiten \"mit\", wir kommen nur gemeinsam voran, in einem Prozess unter Gleichen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das interessante Thema ist nun genau das der Zusammenarbeit. Wir alle sind Subjekte der internationalen Entwicklungszusammenarbeit: Entwicklungshelfer, Unternehmen, Universit\u00e4ten, Organisationen der Zivilgesellschaft, lokale und nationale Institutionen, die Medien und die Beg\u00fcnstigten selbst, ihre Familien und Gemeinschaften, ihre lokalen Organisationen in den L\u00e4ndern Afrikas, des Nahen Ostens usw,&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Instrumente sind unterschiedlich: Ko-Konzeption und Ko-Programmierung, Subsidiarit\u00e4t, Lokalisierung, ein systemischer und integrierter Ansatz, sektor\u00fcbergreifende Projekte, Leistungsindikatoren, Wirkungsindikatoren und Monitoring. Aber f\u00fcr diese Instrumente braucht man M\u00e4nner und Frauen, die \"zusammenarbeiten\" und in der Lage sind, \u00fcber den Tellerrand von Zeit und Raum hinauszuschauen.
