April 2023, hat ein Bundesrichter in Texas (USA) die Verwendung von Mifepriston, einer Chemikalie, die in mehr als der H\u00e4lfte aller chemischen Abtreibungen verwendet wird, zusammen mit einem anderen Medikament, Misoprostol, ausgesetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach Ansicht des Richters Matthew Kacsmaryk hat die US Food and Drug Administration (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/about-fda\/fda-en-espanol\">FDA<\/a>) ihre Befugnisse \u00fcberschritten hat, als sie vor zwei Jahrzehnten die Verwendung von Mifepriston genehmigte. Sie wirft der FDA auch vor, ihre Befugnisse \u00fcberschritten zu haben, als sie ein Medikament mit schwerwiegenden Nebenwirkungen f\u00fcr Frauen genehmigte und den Verkauf des Medikaments \u00fcber den Postweg erleichterte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Angelegenheit ging \u00fcber die Alliance Defending Freedom, eine katholische Gruppe, vor Gericht, und die FDA hat nun eine Woche Zeit, gegen Kacsmaryks Entscheidung Berufung einzulegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Praktisch zur gleichen Zeit erlie\u00df jedoch ein anderer Richter in Washington ein Urteil, in dem er die FDA aufforderte, die Vorschriften f\u00fcr die Abtreibungspille in keiner Weise zu \u00e4ndern. Der Streit zwischen den beiden Richtern f\u00fchrt zu einer Verwirrung, die dazu f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnte, dass die Angelegenheit in die H\u00e4nde des Obersten Gerichtshofs gelegt wird, der vor einigen Monaten erkl\u00e4rte, dass die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/de\/fokus\/el-aborto-ambien-es-cosa-de-hombres\/\">Abtreibung<\/a> ist kein von der US-Verfassung gesch\u00fctztes Recht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Praktische Implikationen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bis zu einem endg\u00fcltigen Urteil, das die Frage vollst\u00e4ndig kl\u00e4rt, ist der Zugang zur chemischen Abtreibung in der Schwebe. Misoprostol, das weniger sicher und wirksam ist und einen schmerzhafteren Abbruch verursacht als die Kombination mit Mifepriston, k\u00f6nnte jedoch weiterhin verwendet werden. Aus diesem Grund glauben viele, dass Frauen h\u00e4ufiger in Kliniken f\u00fcr chirurgische Abtreibungen gehen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Abtreibungskliniken sind besorgt \u00fcber die Situation, da sie glauben, dass dies der zweite gro\u00dfe Angriff auf die \"reproduktiven Rechte\" seit der Aufhebung des Urteils ist. <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/de\/nachrichten\/abtreibung-rechtsprechung-us\/\">Roe v. Wade<\/a><\/em>. Andererseits wird sich in den Staaten, in denen der Zugang zum Schwangerschaftsabbruch eingeschr\u00e4nkt war, praktisch nichts an dieser Situation \u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">US-Pr\u00e4sident Joe Biden und Vizepr\u00e4sidentin Kamala Harris erkl\u00e4rten, die Regierung werde f\u00fcr den Schutz der Abtreibung k\u00e4mpfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eine Kampagne der Verleumdung und Kontroverse<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Einige haben die Alliance Defending Freedom des \"judge shopping\" beschuldigt und behaupten, das Urteil sei fehlerhaft. Sie behaupten auch, dass die vorgebrachten Argumente zu den Nebenwirkungen von Mifepriston klinische Studien ignorieren.
