September 2007 errichteten Agentur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AVEPRO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sie ist eine Institution, die gem\u00e4\u00df den Artikeln 186 und 190-191 der Apostolischen Konstitution mit dem Heiligen Stuhl verbunden ist. <em>Pfarrer-Bonus<\/em>dessen Aufgabe es ist, eine Qualit\u00e4tskultur in den akademischen Einrichtungen, die direkt vom Heiligen Stuhl abh\u00e4ngen, zu f\u00f6rdern und zu entwickeln und daf\u00fcr zu sorgen, dass sie international g\u00fcltigen Qualit\u00e4tskriterien entsprechen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach Angaben von&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/vatican.va\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vatican.va<\/a>Der Beitritt des Heiligen Stuhls zum Bologna-Prozess (der am 19. September 2003 w\u00e4hrend des Treffens der Bildungsminister der Europ\u00e4ischen Union in Berlin stattfand) war auch von der Absicht bestimmt, einige der im Bologna-Prozess vorgesehenen Ziele zu verfolgen und zu verwirklichen, darunter die folgenden:<br>- Respekt vor den Besonderheiten und der Vielfalt der verschiedenen Hochschulsysteme;<br>- Schaffung eines gemeinsamen Hochschulraums zur F\u00f6rderung der Einbindung von Hochschuleinrichtungen in eine internationale Dimension;<br>- Aufmerksamkeit f\u00fcr Qualit\u00e4t als intrinsischer und notwendiger Wert f\u00fcr universit\u00e4re Forschung und Innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualit\u00e4t der Hochschulbildung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Aktivit\u00e4ten von AVEPRO werden durch die apostolische Verfassung geregelt. <em>Sapientia christiana<\/em> (15. April 1979) und stehen im Einklang mit den europ\u00e4ischen Standards und Leitlinien sowie anderen internationalen Vereinbarungen \u00fcber Standards und Verfahren zur Qualit\u00e4tssicherung in der Hochschulbildung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Agentur arbeitet mit den akademischen Einrichtungen bei der Festlegung von Verfahren zur internen Bewertung der Qualit\u00e4t von Lehre, Forschung und Dienstleistungen zusammen, indem sie geeignete operative Instrumente (Leitlinien, Frageb\u00f6gen, Datenbanken, Informationsnetze usw.) entwickelt und einsetzt. Sie plant auch die externen Bewertungsverfahren der verschiedenen akademischen Einrichtungen, indem sie Expertenbesuche vor Ort organisiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unter Wahrung der Autonomie, in der sie ihre T\u00e4tigkeiten aus\u00fcbt, arbeitet die Agentur partnerschaftlich mit allen Akteuren zusammen, die am Leben und am Fortschritt der Europ\u00e4ischen Union beteiligt sind. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/de\/nachrichten\/missionarische-universitat-michelle-duppong-schwerpunkt\/\">Hochschulen<\/a> und kirchlichen Fakult\u00e4ten: die Einrichtungen selbst, die Kongregation f\u00fcr das katholische Bildungswesen, die Bischofskonferenzen, alle internationalen, nationalen und regionalen Beh\u00f6rden sowie alle Mitarbeiter in den verschiedenen Di\u00f6zesen der L\u00e4nder, in denen sich die kirchlichen Hochschuleinrichtungen befinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Armand Puig i T\u00e0rrech<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Armand Puig i T\u00e0rrech wurde am 9. M\u00e4rz 1953 in La Selva del Camp (Spanien) geboren und am 25. April 1981 zum Priester f\u00fcr die Erzdi\u00f6zese Tarragona geweiht. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er hat einen Abschluss in Heiliger Schrift vom P\u00e4pstlichen Bibelinstitut in Rom und einen Doktortitel im selben Fach von der P\u00e4pstlichen Bibelkommission. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er hat an verschiedenen theologischen Fakult\u00e4ten und Instituten gelehrt.
