April um 19.30 Uhr.<\/strong>Wir werden ein Omnes-Forum zum Thema \"Vom Wesen der Ehe: Mann und Frau\" veranstalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Forum, das von Omnes zusammen mit dem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unav.edu\/web\/master-en-derecho-matrimonial-y-procesal-canonico\">Master of Continuing Education in Eherecht und kirchlichem Verfahrensrecht<\/a> der Universit\u00e4t von Navarra die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unav.edu\/web\/facultad-de-derecho-canonico\">Fakult\u00e4t f\u00fcr Kirchenrecht der Universit\u00e4t von Navarra<\/a> wird die Teilnahme von <strong>Mar\u00eda Calvo Charro<\/strong>Professor f\u00fcr Verwaltungsrecht und einer der landesweit f\u00fchrenden Experten f\u00fcr Bildung und Familie, und <strong>Fernando Sim\u00f3n Yarza<\/strong>Professor f\u00fcr Verfassungsrecht (Universit\u00e4t Navarra) und Gewinner des Tom\u00e1s y Valiente-Preises 2011 f\u00fcr die beste Arbeit im Verfassungsrecht, verliehen vom Verfassungsgericht und dem Zentrum f\u00fcr politische und verfassungsrechtliche Studien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dieses Forum wird sich mit der Vereinigung von Mann und Frau als der urspr\u00fcnglichen nat\u00fcrlichen Realit\u00e4t befassen, die dem Rechtsinstitut der Ehe zugrunde liegt. Diese Vereinigung eines Mannes und einer Frau, die sich dem gegenseitigen Geben und Empfangen verschrieben haben und offen sind f\u00fcr die Zuf\u00e4lligkeit der Entstehung des Lebens, ist kein Stereotyp, sondern ein Archetyp, der sich jeder historischen Ver\u00e4nderung widersetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das von der CARF-Stiftung und der Banco Sabadell gef\u00f6rderte Omnes-Forum findet im Postgraduiertenzentrum der Universit\u00e4t von Navarra in Madrid (C\/ Marquesado de Santa Marta, 3. 28022 Madrid) statt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als Unterst\u00fctzer und Leser von Omnes laden wir Sie ein, daran teilzunehmen.
