Man muss bei der Lekt\u00fcre von \"Die verwandelnde Kraft der Worte\" nicht sehr weit gehen, um zu erkennen, dass wir vor einer bedingungslosen Bef\u00fcrworterin des Gespr\u00e4chs stehen, das \"menschlich ist und uns vermenschlicht\", \"ohne Handys vor uns zu haben\". \"Sich nicht zu unterhalten, bedeutet, sich selbst freiwillig aufzugeben\", versichert sie uns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wirtschaftswissenschaftler, Diplom-Journalist, professioneller Coach und Mitglied des Verbandes <a href=\"https:\/\/aecop.net\/\">AECOP<\/a>Als Mitglied des spanischen Coaching-Verbandes konzentriert sich ihre derzeitige Arbeit auf die Ausbildung von Lehrern und Fachleuten in anderen Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichen sowie auf die Begleitung von Kunden in Einzelsitzungen, die pers\u00f6nliche Herausforderungen durch Verbesserung ihrer Kommunikation angehen wollen. Sie arbeitet auch mit der <a href=\"https:\/\/resiliencia-ier.es\/\">Spanisches Institut f\u00fcr Resilienz<\/a> und die Vereinigung \"Mejora tu Escuela P\u00fablica\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In dem Interview fragten wir ihn nach verschiedenen Profilen von Menschen und nach W\u00f6rtern, die h\u00e4ufig auf seinen Seiten vorkommen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zu Beginn Ihres Buches bezeichnen Sie sich selbst als \"Coaching Professional\", als Coach (Ausbilder). Geht es dabei um Begleitung, Beratung, nur in Arbeitsbeziehungen?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- Coaching ist eine Methodik der Begleitung, bei der verschiedene Instrumente eingesetzt werden. Ein Klient kommt mit einem Arbeitsziel oder einem Anliegen zu Ihnen, und da die Person eine Einheit ist, hat ihre Verbesserung nat\u00fcrlich Einfluss auf alle Bereiche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Was ist ihr Ziel? Vielleicht gibt uns der Untertitel einen Anhaltspunkt.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>- <\/strong>Die meisten F\u00e4lle, mit denen ich konfrontiert werde, und ich glaube, das ist das Erbe der Menschheit, haben einen gro\u00dfen Anteil an Schwierigkeiten in zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen. In diesem Sinne gibt es Leiden, und dieses Buch will helfen, zufriedenstellende zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen zu haben, die eine Quelle des Gl\u00fccks sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nennen Sie bitte alle Autoren, die sich mit diesen Ideen besch\u00e4ftigt haben und die Sie zitieren k\u00f6nnen. Hat Coaching etwas mit Psychologie zu tun?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>- <\/strong>Es gibt viele... Wenn ich mich f\u00fcr einen entscheiden m\u00fcsste, w\u00fcrde ich Stephen Covey w\u00e4hlen, voller Menschlichkeit und gesundem Menschenverstand; eines seiner B\u00fccher ist ein <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.es\/h%C3%A1bitos-altamente-efectiva-revisada-actualizada\/dp\/8408143980\">klassisch<\/a>Die 7 Gewohnheiten hocheffektiver Menschen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coaching unterscheidet sich von der Arbeit eines Psychologen, obwohl es Psychologen gibt, die als Coaches ausgebildet sind. In meinem Fall arbeite ich mit meiner Klientin an Zielen, die die ganze Person betreffen. Sie verbessern sie und ihr gesamtes Umfeld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Lassen Sie mich ein paar Worte nennen, die Sie oft zitieren, und sagen Sie mir, was Sie sich darunter vorstellen, ein Blitzlicht. Zum Beispiel \"Begleitung\".&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>- <\/strong>Menschen willkommen hei\u00dfen und sich um sie k\u00fcmmern.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&nbsp;Gespr\u00e4ch.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>- <\/strong>Lernen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zuh\u00f6ren.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>- <\/strong>Seien Sie beim \ud83d\udcaf anwesend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&nbsp;Multitasking<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">- Aktivismus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Emotionen.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>- <\/strong>Unwillk\u00fcrliche Reaktion auf alles, was durch die Sinne eindringt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wir sprechen oft von Arbeits- oder Business-Coaches, Sport-Coaches, Bildungs-Coaches... Sie sind ein Coach in <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fundacionhumanae.org\/\"><strong>Humanae-Stiftung<\/strong><\/a><strong>. Ein Wort f\u00fcr Menschen, die Probleme mit ihrem Arbeitsplatz haben oder ihren Arbeitsplatz verlieren.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>- <\/strong>Es w\u00fcrde die Realit\u00e4t zu sehr einschr\u00e4nken, wenn man angesichts von Problemen am Arbeitsplatz oder bei Arbeitslosigkeit nur ein Wort verwenden w\u00fcrde. In manchen F\u00e4llen kann eine Begleitung notwendig sein, um Ihnen zu helfen, auf eine Weise zu reagieren, die ein pers\u00f6nliches Wachstum darstellt. Es ist ein ganzer Prozess der Akzeptanz und der Reaktion auf die Situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eine weitere, manchmal komplizierte Aufgabe ist die Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Familie. Welche Priorit\u00e4ten raten Sie?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>- <\/strong>Priorit\u00e4ten m\u00fcssen sich in unserem Verhalten widerspiegeln, denn sie sagen etwas \u00fcber den Sinn unseres Lebens aus und dar\u00fcber, was f\u00fcr ein Mensch wir sein oder was f\u00fcr eine Familie wir gr\u00fcnden wollen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Spirituell. Ein kurzer Ratschlag. 1) Wir beginnen mit Menschen, die weit vom Glauben und der Kirche entfernt sind, aber ein unruhiges Herz haben, wie der heilige Augustinus sagte, die auf der Suche nach etwas sind.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>-&nbsp; <\/strong>Anstelle von Ratschl\u00e4gen w\u00fcrde ich vorschlagen, dass sie zur\u00fcckblicken und mit der \"Kunst des Fragens\" (Maieutik) ihnen helfen, die g\u00f6ttliche Gegenwart in diesen Lebenserfahrungen zu entdecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2) Junge Ehepaare, manchmal auch fernab der religi\u00f6sen Praxis.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>- <\/strong>F\u00fcr eine harmonische Entwicklung der Pers\u00f6nlichkeit, insbesondere wenn es darum geht, ein gemeinsames Lebensprojekt in Angriff zu nehmen, ist es wichtig, an allen Dimensionen zu arbeiten, auch an der spirituellen Dimension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3) Reife Ehen, Jahre des Kampfes.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>- <\/strong>Die Kunst des Gespr\u00e4chs, des Austauschs und der kontinuierlichen Arbeit an all diesen F\u00e4higkeiten der Bewunderung, des Zuh\u00f6rens, des Einf\u00fchlungsverm\u00f6gens, der Freundlichkeit, des Verst\u00e4ndnisses, der Durchsetzungsf\u00e4higkeit...<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&nbsp;4) \u00c4ltere Menschen, Gro\u00dfeltern.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>- <\/strong>In jedem Lebenszyklus ist es wichtig zu wissen, dass man Talente hat, die man in den Dienst der Gesellschaft stellen muss... Wenn man das nicht tut, verrotten sie und niemand profitiert von ihnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&nbsp;Haben Sie Fragen, zu denen Sie etwas sagen m\u00f6chten?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;- <\/strong>Ermutigung zu Gespr\u00e4chen in der Familie; Zeit miteinander verbringen, um sich kennenzulernen, Selbsterkenntnis zu erlangen, voneinander zu lernen, sich aneinander zu erfreuen, usw. In meiner Arbeit als Coach m\u00f6chte ich sicherstellen, dass das, was mein Kunde erreichen m\u00f6chte, mit den tats\u00e4chlichen Werten \u00fcbereinstimmt und dass alles Gelernte verinnerlicht wird.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"omnes-block-ficha-vertical\">\n\t<div class=\"content\">\n\t\t<h2>Juliana Manrique.
