April 2024. Dieses Dokument enth\u00e4lt die prophetischen Worte des Heiligen Vaters <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/de\/nachrichten\/papa-keine-leihmutterschaft\/\">f\u00fcr das beim Heiligen Stuhl akkreditierte diplomatische Korps am 8. Januar 2024<\/a>: \"<em>Ich halte die Praxis der so genannten Leihmutterschaft f\u00fcr bedauerlich, da sie die W\u00fcrde der Frau und des Kindes schwer verletzt; sie beruht auf der Ausnutzung der materiellen Notlage der Mutter. Ein Kind ist immer ein Geschenk und niemals das Objekt eines Vertrages. Ich appelliere daher an die internationale Gemeinschaft, sich f\u00fcr ein weltweites Verbot dieser Praxis einzusetzen.<\/em>\".\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenige Tage vor dieser Rede hat die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/de\/nachrichten\/papst-franziskus-stirbt\/\">Papst Franziskus<\/a> hatte einen Brief erhalten von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/de\/nachrichten\/olivia-maurel-leihmutterschaft-interview\/\">Olivia Maurel<\/a>eine 33-j\u00e4hrige franz\u00f6sisch-amerikanische Feministin, geboren in Frankreich, wurde geboren von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/de\/nachrichten\/leihmutterschaft-mitgeteilt-usccb\/\">Leihmutterschaft.<\/a> Es war ein sehr pers\u00f6nlicher Brief, in dem sie ihre Geschichte erz\u00e4hlte und den Papst aufforderte, die Sache der weltweiten Abschaffung der Leihmutterschaft zu unterst\u00fctzen, die von der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/de\/nachrichten\/rom-abschaffung-der-leihmutterschaft\/\">Erkl\u00e4rung von Casablanca<\/a>f\u00fcr die Olivia eine Sprecherin ist.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich hatte das gro\u00dfe Privileg, Olivia zusammen mit ihrem Mann Matthias, Sofia Maruri und Vincenzo Bassi, den Organisatoren des Kongresses zur weltweiten Abschaffung von Folter und anderer grausamer, unmenschlicher oder erniedrigender Behandlung oder Strafe, zu begleiten. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/de\/unterschriften\/impressum-2\/leihmutterschaft-grundrechte\/\">Leihmutterschaft <\/a>Der Papst war bei dieser unvergesslichen Privataudienz in Rom anwesend, die damals stattfand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Franziskus h\u00f6rte zu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/de\/nachrichten\/olivia-maurel-gegen-leihmutterschaft\/\">Olivia<\/a> Olivia ist Atheistin, aber sie wollte ihm ihre Sorgen mitteilen. Der Papst dr\u00fcckte seine Unterst\u00fctzung aus und ermutigte sie, weiterzumachen. Er erinnerte sie an die Bedeutung des guten Humors, ein Verb\u00fcndeter, der uns, wie er sagte, in den harten K\u00e4mpfen zum Schutz der Menschenw\u00fcrde nicht immer begleitet.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Aufruf des Papstes hat einen prophetischen Charakter: Er weist auf einen m\u00f6glichen Horizont hin, wie so viele andere Herausforderungen, denen sich die Menschheit im Laufe ihrer Geschichte stellen musste. Es ist keine leichte Aufgabe, aber einige Fr\u00fcchte zeichnen sich bereits ab. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenige Tage nach dem Treffen mit dem Heiligen Vater erkannte das Europ\u00e4ische Parlament die Ausbeutung in der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/de\/fokus\/interview-schaub-subrogation\/\">Leihmutterschaft<\/a> als eine Form des Menschenhandels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Monate sp\u00e4ter verabschiedete Italien ein neues Gesetz, das die Praxis der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/de\/nachrichten\/verstose-dignitas-infinita\/\">Leihmutterschaft <\/a>auch wenn sie im Ausland stattfindet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Jahr 2025 steht auch im Zeichen eines Berichts von Reem Alsalem, UN-Sonderberichterstatterin f\u00fcr Gewalt gegen Frauen, der sich mit den Menschenrechtsverletzungen auf dem Leihmutterschaftsmarkt befasst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este mes se celebra el primer aniversario de la declaraci\u00f3n Dignitas Infinitas, publicada el 8 de abril de 2024.
