Zu diesen \u00dcberlegungen geh\u00f6ren\nProfessor Manuel Arag\u00f3n Reyes, der in einer nationalen Zeitung schreibt, dass ein\nnationale Zeitung, best\u00e4tigt, dass ein <em>\"exorbitant\nVerwendung des Alarmzustands\".<\/em> durch die Regierung. F\u00fcr diese\nehemaliger Verfassungsrichter, erlaubt der Alarmzustand keine generelle Aussetzung des Rechts auf Freiz\u00fcgigkeit.\ndie generelle Aussetzung des Rechts auf Freiz\u00fcgigkeit, diese Art von\n<em>\"Hausarrest<\/em> wahllos. Das Grundrecht auf Religionsfreiheit wird also nicht ausgesetzt, sondern eingeschr\u00e4nkt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn man also in den letzten Tagen von der polizeilichen Aufhebung katholischer religi\u00f6ser Zeremonien in Granada und San Fernando de Henares erf\u00e4hrt (Zeremonien, bei denen die vorgeschriebenen Ma\u00dfnahmen eingehalten wurden), liegt der Schluss nahe, dass wir es mit schwerwiegenden rechtlichen Unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeiten zu tun haben. Aber diese Ereignisse zeigen auch, dass wir eine gro\u00dfe Chance haben, unsere s\u00e4kularisierte Gesellschaft daran zu erinnern, dass neben den materiellen G\u00fctern im Supermarkt oder den Medikamenten auch die Seele einen Anspruch auf Gott hat.
