Vor allem, vielleicht wegen seiner Wiederholung, die Enthaltsamkeit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die \"Schwager\"-Argumente, die in den verschiedenen Foren, in denen bekannt ist, dass es einen praktizierenden Katholiken gibt, wiederholt werden, werden wiederkehren: dass es altmodisch ist, dass es schlimmer ist, ein Kilo Austern zu essen als einen H\u00fchnerschenkel, dass es Unsinn ist?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Wahrheit ist, dass wir, wie bei vielen sterilen Diskussionen, das Wesentliche verfehlen, wenn wir uns bei dem Versuch, die Praxis der Fleischabstinenz an bestimmten Tagen zu erkl\u00e4ren, auf die \"Materialit\u00e4t\" von Huhn, Ente oder Dorade konzentrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die wahre Bu\u00dfe besteht nicht nur darin, den Truthahn gegen K\u00e4se zu tauschen, sondern darin, dass man seinen Willen bei einer so \"dummen\" Sache wie dem Tausch von Truthahn gegen K\u00e4se aufgibt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es w\u00e4re sehr einfach, alle m\u00f6glichen Argumente \u00fcber die Angemessenheit oder Unangemessenheit einer solchen Ver\u00e4nderung zu finden, wenn das, was man wirklich \u00e4ndern muss, das eigene Herz ist. Kein Fleisch zu essen, bedeutet nicht, das allwissende Ich zu f\u00fcttern, das einen so trivialen Kampf wie den um den Ersatz des einen oder anderen Lebensmittels gewinnen will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Abstinenz bringt uns mit dem konfrontiert, was wir \"tun k\u00f6nnen\", aber nicht f\u00fcr eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Sache tun: die Liebe. Wenn unsere Bu\u00dfe leer von Liebe ist, wenn wir sie nicht als einen Akt der Liebe leben - wichtig, auch wenn wir uns daran gew\u00f6hnt haben\" -, dann werden wir sicherlich anfangen, sie als eine dumme Routine zu beurteilen, in der wir keinen Sinn sehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie in jeder Liebesbeziehung - denn darum geht es im christlichen Leben - wird das Spiel in der Seele mit den Ausdrucksformen des K\u00f6rpers gespielt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So hei\u00dft es in der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vatican.va\/archive\/catechism_sp\/index_sp.html\">Katechismus<\/a>Die innere Bu\u00dfe des Christen kann auf viele verschiedene Arten zum Ausdruck kommen. Die Heilige Schrift und die Kirchenv\u00e4ter betonen vor allem drei Formen: Fasten, Gebet und Almosen\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Enthaltsamkeit ist also - ganz einfach - ein Ausdruck der Liebe. In gewisser Weise gedenken wir eines unendlichen Opfers mit einer einfachen Geste. In diesem Jahr, in dem wir so viel in der Form geben mussten, wird die Schlacht mehr in der Substanz gef\u00fchrt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wahrscheinlich sind diese Tage der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/de\/unterschriften\/la-cuaresma-os-hara-libres-por-antonio-moreno\/\">Fastenzeit<\/a> ist ein guter Zeitpunkt, um unsere \u00dcberlegenheit, unsere Meinungen und unseren Willen auf den Tisch zu legen, selbst die Selbstzufriedenheit, an einem Freitag in der Fastenzeit \"keinen Schinken zu essen\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie der Papst zu Beginn dieser Zeit sagte, \"was uns dazu bringt, zu ihm zur\u00fcckzukehren, ist nicht, uns unserer F\u00e4higkeiten und Verdienste zu r\u00fchmen, sondern seine Gnade anzunehmen. Die Gnade rettet uns, die Erl\u00f6sung ist reine Gnade, reine Gratifikation\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit diesen Bu\u00df\u00fcbungen in der Fastenzeit, in diesem Fall mit der Enthaltsamkeit, vereinen wir uns schlie\u00dflich mit der Passion Christi, indem wir einen winzigen Teil des Kreuzes auf uns nehmen, so winzig, dass es uns, wenn wir dar\u00fcber nachdenken, ein wenig err\u00f6ten l\u00e4sst: Ist das nicht viel, was die Kirche an einem Freitag in der Fastenzeit von uns verlangt? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Man k\u00f6nnte sagen, dass es weit weniger ist als das, was der durchschnittliche Ern\u00e4hrungsberater t\u00e4glich von uns verlangt. Aber wie in der Messe nimmt Christus unsere kleinen Verleugnungen und hebt sie auf.
