Among the winners in this edition are the Fundaci\u00f3n Madrina, hospital chaplains and the tweeter Jordi Sabat\u00e9, who suffers from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purpose of these awards is to recognize the work that different persons or institutions carry out according to the fundamental purpose of CONFER: to encourage, serve and promote religious life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this edition, the Charisma Awards went to the following people and institutions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>Charisma Award for Formation and Spirituality<\/em>:&nbsp;<strong>Jos\u00e9 Ram\u00f3n Busto Saiz,<\/strong>&nbsp;priest of the Society of Jesus. For his tireless, inspiring and quality dedication to training and research in the field of biblical exegesis for forty-three years, since 1978, at the Pontifical University of Comillas and in countless areas of non-formal education. &nbsp;<\/li><li><em>Charisma Award for Justice and Solidarity<\/em>:&nbsp;<strong>Godmother Foundation<\/strong>. For its support and protection of the most vulnerable children and women in their maternity in the face of social, educational and labor exclusion. &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/li><li><em>Charisma Award for Mission and Cooperation<\/em>:&nbsp;<strong>The Church in the Canary Islands<\/strong>&nbsp;and in particular to&nbsp;<strong>Antonio Viera<\/strong>. For his denunciation of the conditions in which foreigners arriving at the CIE Barranco Seco in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria are held, as well as his tireless struggle to achieve its closure. &nbsp;<\/li><li><em>Charisma Education Award<\/em>:&nbsp;<strong>Raquel P\u00e9rez Sanjuan<\/strong>Technical Secretary of the Episcopal Commission for Education and Culture. For his work for the defense of the subject of Religion as necessary for a complete formation of children, adolescents and young people in Spain. &nbsp;<\/li><li><em>Charisma Award for Vocational Youth Ministry<\/em>:&nbsp;<strong>Young Dehonians<\/strong>. For its creative and current advertising campaigns with the objective of promoting the knowledge and promotion of Religious Life in our society. &nbsp;<\/li><li><em>Charisma Health Award<\/em>&nbsp;To the&nbsp;<strong>Hospital Chaplains<\/strong>&nbsp;during the COVID. For their work of accompaniment and comfort to the victims of the coronavirus who were alone in the hospitals. For their prayers at the Ice Palace and the cemeteries without the presence of the families. It has been a silent but fundamental work for the comfort of the families.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/li><li><em>Charisma Communication Award<\/em>:&nbsp;<strong>Mabel Lozano<\/strong>writer, writer, actress and film director.
