Some 50,000 members of Communion and Liberation gathered in St. Peter's Square to meet with the Pope on the centenary of the birth of its founder, Father Luigi Giusssani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting, the Pope emphasized that \"These are times of renewal and missionary relaunching in the light of the present ecclesial moment. Also of the need, suffering and hope of contemporary humanity. The crisis makes us grow\" and asked them not to lose sight of their original charism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
