{"id":32722,"date":"2023-07-27T10:08:55","date_gmt":"2023-07-27T09:08:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/omnesmag.com\/?p=32722"},"modified":"2023-07-27T10:09:00","modified_gmt":"2023-07-27T09:09:00","slug":"encuentro-santa-sede-germania","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/en\/actualidad\/encuentro-santa-sede-alemania\/","title":{"rendered":"Holy See and Germany continue dialogue on the Synodal Way"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On July 26, representatives of the Roman Curia and the German Bishops' Conference held a meeting at the Vatican to continue discussions on the development and proposals made by the so-called \"European Union\", which is the first step in the process. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/en\/news\/synodal-path-synodal-facts-consummated\/\">Synodal Way<\/a> Germany. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is stated in the note published by the Holy See together with the German Bishops' Conference, in which it is pointed out that this dialogue was initiated during the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/en\/news\/cardinals-express-reservations-about-the-synodal-aleman-omnes-path\/\">visit <em>ad Limina<\/em> of the German bishops in November 2022<\/a> and \"there it was agreed to further discuss the theological and disciplinary issues that arose in particular in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/en\/news\/world\/saint-sede-synodal-way\/\">Synodal Path<\/a>\". <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cardinals Luis F. Ladaria Ferrer, SJ, Kurt Koch and Pietro Parolin and Archbishops Filippo Iannone, O.Carm., Robert F. Prevost, OSA, and Vittorio F. Viola, OFM. were the representatives of the Holy See at this meeting while, on behalf of the German bishops, the following attended the meeting in Rome <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/en\/news\/interview-batzing-germany\/\">Georg B\u00e4tzing,<\/a> Stephan Ackermann, Michael Gerber, Bertram Meier, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/en\/news\/the-synodal-pathway-continues-eman-with-controversy-and-proposed-alternatives\/\">Franz-Josef Overbeck<\/a>The Conference was chaired by the President of TEC and the Chairmen of the Episcopal Commissions for Liturgy, Vocations and Ecclesial Services, the Universal Church and Faith, as well as the Secretary General, Dr. Beate Gilles, and the Conference Spokesperson, Matthias Kopp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The note states that the meeting, which will be followed by other meetings, took place in \"a positive and constructive atmosphere\". <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Representantes de la Curia Romana y de la Conferencia Episcopal Alemana mantuvieron, el 26 de julio, una reuni\u00f3n en el Vaticano con el objetivo de continuar las conversaciones sobre el desarrollo y las propuestas hechas por el llamado Camino Sinodal de Alemania.
