But inner beauty, for example, an attractive way of being, the generous and dedicated existence of some people, or the transcendence that surpasses the here and now, is not within the reach of the curious or the distracted. It requires a capacity for contemplation, which can be increased as long as one is willing to lighten the concupiscence of sight, since it blinds the veiled. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That is why we talk about keeping our sight, to see beyond, to see the hidden. This does not only mean not to look at the pornographic, the voluptuous or the provocative, with the intention of reaching other realities. But also not to freely contemplate the modestly elegant, the modestly beautiful or the humble sublime that does not correspond to you. In this way we transcend what is visible to our eyes to reach the invisible.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But it is not only necessary to take care of the sight to reach the hidden beauty, it is also necessary to lower the noise and reduce the gear. In this era of too much noise, of screens, <em>fake news<\/em>In which we go very fast and there is a lot of hustle and bustle, it may seem that a state of contemplation or enjoyment of beauty or art cannot be reached, but this is false. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Ignacio Vicens, Professor of Architectural Projects at the University of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upm.es\/\">Polytechnic University of Madrid<\/a>The palate of beauty demands slowness\", we go too fast to taste beauty. We think that this cannot be controlled when most of the ghosts are in our head. We can take times of free digital fasting or political silence. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/en\/signatures\/polarization-abortion\/\">polarizing<\/a>. That does not depend on society, it depends on us, we can stop to collect ourselves and contemplate the beauty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Truth, goodness and beauty are principles that sustained the West. For many today, they have become obsolete. But is it true, are they all obsolete? In reality none of them, but truth seems to be surpassed by post-truth, goodness swept away by the story, but beauty... Has beauty been surpassed? Beauty is born in the most conflictive, complicated and turbulent periods. Not in the peaceful, simple and serene periods.
