El estado de la poblaci\u00f3n ha llegado a un nivel que Rusia y Ucrania mantienen, a\u00fan sin acuerdo, conversaciones para asegurar un alto el fuego humanitario que permita la salida segura de la poblaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
En este sentido, el Papa ha vuelto a reiterar \u00absu esperanza de que la cooperaci\u00f3n entre ambas partes permita el suministro de alimentos y ayuda m\u00e9dica, as\u00ed como la evacuaci\u00f3n voluntaria y segura de la poblaci\u00f3n civil\u00bb, tal y como ha manifestado en multitud de ocasiones pero, en estas \u00faltimas semanas, con especial insistencia debido a que el endurecimiento de los combates y la llegada del fr\u00edo hacen insostenible la situaci\u00f3n de miles de civiles, que contin\u00faan sitiados en estas zonas con escasez de suministros y sistemas de calefacci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
