Le Concile, pour les fins eccl\u00e9siastiques qu'il sp\u00e9cifie dans le D\u00e9cret \"<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vatican.va\/archive\/hist_councils\/ii_vatican_council\/documents\/vat-ii_decree_19651207_presbyterorum-ordinis_sp.html\">Presbyterorum Ordinis<\/a>\"Mais non, le Concile Vatican II a parl\u00e9 pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment de \"Pr\u00e9latures\" et il n'est pas exag\u00e9r\u00e9 de supposer que les P\u00e8res du Concile savaient faire la distinction entre les \"Pr\u00e9latures\" et les \"Associations\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les \"pr\u00e9latures personnelles\" sont une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 juridique, n\u00e9e du Concile Vatican II, aux fins sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es dans le texte conciliaire, et ne doivent \u00eatre assimil\u00e9es \u00e0 aucune autre, et encore moins \u00e0 une Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si nous devions chercher une assimilation, que certains semblent tant appr\u00e9cier, nous devrions l'assimiler, d'une certaine mani\u00e8re, aux pr\u00e9latures territoriales, qui existaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque du Concile et dont les P\u00e8res du Concile savaient parfaitement ce qu'elles \u00e9taient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ici, comme toujours dans la langue, c'est le nom qui compte, pas tellement l'adjectif.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Asimilando las \u00abPrelaturas personales\u00bb a las \u00abAsociaciones clericales\u00bb, a mi parecer, no se interpreta correctamente el Concilio Vaticano II.
