{"id":49461,"date":"2025-06-07T06:46:00","date_gmt":"2025-06-07T04:46:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/?p=49461"},"modified":"2025-11-28T15:01:41","modified_gmt":"2025-11-28T13:01:41","slug":"pere-bob","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/fr\/firmas\/el-padre-bob\/","title":{"rendered":"P\u00e8re Bob"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tr\u00e8s attir\u00e9 par les \u00e9tudes, il fut tent\u00e9 de rester \u00e0 Rome pour y mener une vie acad\u00e9mique, mais l'esprit missionnaire qui l'attirait au P\u00e9rou l'emporta. Apr\u00e8s son ordination, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 affect\u00e9 \u00e0 la mission de Chulucanas et a servi dans les villes de Piura, Trujillo et Chiclayo de 1985 \u00e0 1986 et de 1988 \u00e0 1998, en tant que vicaire paroissial, fonctionnaire dioc\u00e9sain, professeur de s\u00e9minaire et administrateur paroissial. Il a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu prieur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Augustins, poste qu'il a occup\u00e9 de 2001 \u00e0 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le pape Fran\u00e7ois l'a nomm\u00e9 administrateur apostolique de Chiclayo en 2014 ; en 2015, il a acquis la nationalit\u00e9 de ce pays et a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 \u00e9v\u00eaque r\u00e9sidentiel de Chiclayo. Il a exerc\u00e9 cette fonction de 2015 \u00e0 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 rester au P\u00e9rou alors que le pape Fran\u00e7ois voulait l'emmener \u00e0 Rome. Il pensait que ce n'\u00e9tait pas le bon moment pour partir, il se sentait engag\u00e9 au P\u00e9rou, mais Dieu avait d'autres plans... Robert Prevost a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 pr\u00e9fet de l'Ordre des Pr\u00eacheurs du P\u00e9rou. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vatican.va\/content\/romancuria\/es\/dicasteri\/dicastero-vescovi\/profilo.html\">Dicast\u00e8re pour les \u00e9v\u00eaques<\/a> et \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sident de la Commission pontificale pour l'Am\u00e9rique latine, jusqu'en avril 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il n'est pas facile de s'habituer \u00e0 un pays quand on vient d'un autre. Aimez l'endroit o\u00f9 vous vivez, battez-vous pour l'aimer. Ne pas comparer. Tous les P\u00e9ruviens qui l'ont connu ont vu en lui un augustinien qui cherchait l'amour de Dieu et du prochain \u00e0 travers la charit\u00e9 fraternelle. Il a tr\u00e8s bien v\u00e9cu le \"Tout devenir pour tout gagner\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il \u00e9tait am\u00e9ricain mais ne s'est jamais senti \u00e9tranger. Il \u00e9tait augustinien, mais il n'apportait aucun augustinien avec lui. C'\u00e9tait un homme r\u00e9ceptif qui transmettait la tranquillit\u00e9 et la confiance. Il a gagn\u00e9 l'affection de tous. Il \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s aim\u00e9, on pourrait dire qu'il est devenu p\u00e9ruvien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 un P\u00e9ruvien comme les autres. Il ne parlait jamais des \u00c9tats-Unis. Il s'\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s bien adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 la terre, \u00e0 la culture, \u00e0 la nourriture et voulait m\u00eame apprendre les expressions et la fa\u00e7on de parler de Chiclayo, parce qu'il y \u00e9tait all\u00e9 pour servir. Il n'y avait qu'un seul jour o\u00f9 il se souvenait de son pays d'origine : \u00e0 Thanksgiving, lorsqu'il d\u00e9coupait la dinde comme le faisait son p\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00e9on XIV, lors de sa premi\u00e8re audience, s'est adress\u00e9 en castillan \u00e0 son ancien dioc\u00e8se, celui de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/fr\/nouvelles\/jose-antonio-pandemia-prevost-abrio-iglesias\/\">Chiclayo<\/a>Il a montr\u00e9 sa proximit\u00e9 avec la communaut\u00e9 latino-am\u00e9ricaine. Il portait le P\u00e9rou dans son c\u0153ur, o\u00f9 il a v\u00e9cu pendant pr\u00e8s de vingt ans et a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu pour sa proximit\u00e9 avec le peuple : \"Mon cher dioc\u00e8se de Chiclayo, au P\u00e9rou, o\u00f9 un peuple fid\u00e8le a accompagn\u00e9 son \u00e9v\u00eaque, a partag\u00e9 sa foi et a donn\u00e9 tant, tant, tant...\".\u00a0<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le atra\u00eda mucho el estudio y estuvo tentado de quedarse en Roma para llevar una vida acad\u00e9mica, pero le pudo m\u00e1s el esp\u00edritu misionero que lo arrastrar\u00eda hacia el Per\u00fa.
