Este documento recoge las prof\u00e9ticas palabras del Santo Padre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/zh\/%e5%b1%95%e7%a4%ba\/papa-no-maternidad-subrogada\/\">ante el cuerpo diplom\u00e1tico acreditado ante la Santa Sede el 8 de enero de 2024<\/a>: \u201c<em>considero deplorable la pr\u00e1ctica de la llamada maternidad subrogada, que ofende gravemente la dignidad de la mujer y del ni\u00f1o; y se basa en la explotaci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n de necesidad material de la madre. Un hijo es siempre un don y nunca el objeto de un contrato. Por ello, hago un llamamiento para que la comunidad internacional se comprometa a prohibir universalmente esta pr\u00e1ctica<\/em>\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pocos d\u00edas antes de dicho discurso, el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/zh\/%e5%b1%95%e7%a4%ba\/muere-el-papa-francisco\/\">\u6559\u5b97\u65b9\u6d4e\u5404<\/a> hab\u00eda recibido una carta de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/zh\/%e5%b1%95%e7%a4%ba\/olivia-maurel-entrevista-maternidad-subrogada\/\">Olivia Maurel<\/a>, feminista franco-americana de 33 a\u00f1os, nacida por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/zh\/%e5%b1%95%e7%a4%ba\/maternidad-subrogada-comunicado-usccb\/\">maternidad subrogada.<\/a> Se trataba de una misiva profundamente personal, en la que compart\u00eda su historia e invitaba al Pont\u00edfice a apoyar la causa de la abolici\u00f3n universal de la maternidad subrogada, promovida por la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/zh\/%e5%b1%95%e7%a4%ba\/expertos-abolicion-maternidad-subrogada\/\">Declaraci\u00f3n de Casablanca<\/a>, de la cual Olivia es portavoz.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tuve el inmenso privilegio de acompa\u00f1ar a Olivia, junto a su marido Matthias, Sofia Maruri y Vincenzo Bassi, promotores del Congreso sobre la abolici\u00f3n universal de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/zh\/%e7%ad%be%e5%90%8d\/%e7%a4%be%e8%ae%ba\/gestacion-subrogada-derechos-fundamentales\/\">maternidad subrogada <\/a>que se celebraba en Roma esos d\u00edas, a aquella inolvidable audiencia privada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Francisco escuch\u00f3 a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/zh\/%e5%b1%95%e7%a4%ba\/olivia-maurel-contra-gestacion-subrogada\/\">Olivia<\/a> con gran atenci\u00f3n y nosotros fuimos testigos de esa cultura del encuentro que \u00e9l mismo promueve: Olivia es atea y, sin embargo, deseaba compartir sus preocupaciones con \u00e9l. El Papa le manifest\u00f3 su apoyo y la anim\u00f3 a seguir adelante, record\u00e1ndole la importancia de conservar el buen humor, un aliado que, como \u00e9l mismo dijo, no siempre acompa\u00f1a en las duras batallas para proteger la dignidad humana.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El llamado del Papa tiene un car\u00e1cter prof\u00e9tico: apunta a un horizonte posible, como tantos otros desaf\u00edos que la humanidad ha debido afrontar a lo largo de su historia. No se trata de una tarea sencilla, pero ya comienzan a vislumbrarse algunos frutos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pocos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s del encuentro con el Santo Padre, el Parlamento Europeo reconoci\u00f3 la explotaci\u00f3n en la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/zh\/%e9%87%8d%e7%82%b9\/entrevista-schaub-subrogacion\/\">maternidad subrogada<\/a> como una forma de trata de personas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meses m\u00e1s tarde, Italia aprob\u00f3 una nueva ley que penaliza la pr\u00e1ctica de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omnesmag.com\/zh\/%e5%b1%95%e7%a4%ba\/violaciones-dignitas-infinita\/\">maternidad subrogada <\/a>incluso cuando se realiza en el extranjero. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El a\u00f1o 2025 estar\u00e1 marcado, adem\u00e1s, por el informe que presentar\u00e1 Reem Alsalem, Relatora Especial de las Naciones Unidas sobre la violencia contra la mujer, centrado en las violaciones a los derechos humanos que ocurren en el marco del mercado de la maternidad subrogada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Este mes se celebra el primer aniversario de la declaraci\u00f3n Dignitas Infinitas, publicada el 8 de abril de 2024.
